Intensive aircraft utilization often results in deterioration of both metal and composite structural components. Our team of professionals specializes in complex recovery work and structural modifications.


Approved ratings:

  • C4 — Repair and modification of doors (entry and cargo doors), hatches (utility hatches and access doors to specialized areas of the aircraft), and their components for the following types — Airbus A320Fam, Boeing 747-400, Boeing 757, Boeing 767, and Boeing 777 aircraft.
  • C6 — Repair and modification of domestic and special equipment for Airbus A320Fam, Boeing 747-400, Boeing 757, Boeing 767, and Boeing 777.
  • C7 — Repair and modification of engine nacelle components (such as cowl flaps, thrust reverser flaps, and nozzles) for Boeing 737/747/767/777, Airbus A320Fam/A330, and RRJ-95 aircraft.
  • C8 — Repair and modification of wing mechanization components and control systems (such as rudder and elevator rudders, slats, flaps, ailerons, and spoilers) for Boeing 737/747/767/777, Airbus A320Fam/A330, and RRJ-95 aircraft.
  • C20 — Repair and modification of airframe structural components (including, but not limited to, winglets, nose cones, floor panels, and wing fairings) for the Boeing 737/747/767/777, Airbus A320Fam/A330/A350, RRJ-95, and Embraer 170/190 fleet).

In 2025, VDMT team has introduced a professional paint booth, enabling accelerated paint restoration work on a wide range of components, including air intakes (up to Boeing 777), engine thrust reverser doors (up to Boeing 767), cowlings (up to Boeing 777), and more.

The paint booth maintains strictly defined and controlled conditions of temperature, humidity, and air purity, eliminating dust and ensuring a high-quality finished coating.
